It looked good. Clean and nicely equipped.

The hotel was fully booked, even though the booking app showed available rooms. I booked a room with a large bed, but upon arrival I was assigned a twin room without any prior notice. I went back to reception to clarify the situation, and they then moved me to an accessible room designed for guests with special needs — again, without informing me in advance. I ended up wasting time going back and forth between reception and the rooms, and this completely changed my impression of the stay to the point where I no longer wanted to stay at the hotel. If this had been explained to me beforehand, I would have had no issue staying in the hotel. When I asked why the booking app showed available rooms and allowed me to book one that was not actually available, I was told that the hotel uses a different booking system. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially late in the evening after a long trip. Nevertheless, the hotel accepted my cancellation and provided a refund.

Fajnie że jest nowocześnie i jest klimatyzacja winda, restauracja fajna Super, personel dobry miły uprzejmy ,w restauracji śniadanie było super czysto i świeże produkty bardzo smaczne i bardzo dobrze smakowały.;)

Materac na łóżku nie za wygodny ,poduszki za małe do spania ,wykładzina dosyć brudna przed łóżkiem, na dwie osoby był tylko jeden kubek w pokoju do zrobienia sobie herbaty albo kawy. Drzwi wejściowe do hotelu dosyć trzaskały głośno. Żona mówiła że śmietniki przed windą takie kubły wielkie nie powinny stać bo to nie wyglądało fajnie. A i pokój nie wyglądał tak mniej więcej jak na zdjęciach w ofercie był pokazany, można trochę więcej zdjęć włożyć Jak wyglądają inne pokoje.

Le personnel très agréable. Chambre confortable sauf le 3e lit (canapé lit) pour mon ado. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner très conséquent!
