the breakfast was excellent.

We booked this hotel through Booking.com because it advertised a private balcony. In our room (number 1), there is no balcony. we were put in a room directly in front of the reception desk. We could hear everything all night: phones ringing, loud guests, shouting, constant noise. There is absolutely no privacy and no quiet. The door opens directly to a public walkway next to the pool and the window is completely see through, so anyone walking by can look straight into the room. On top of that, the electricity in the entire hotel kept cutting off every few minutes. Completely unacceptable. The jacuzzi is also controlled by the reception, meaning you have to contact them every single time you want to turn it on or off. Very inconvenient and honestly absurd. We tried contacting Booking.com several times and received no help at all. Being in a foreign country with zero support is extremely stressful and unacceptable. To be fair, the breakfast was excellent. But will not recommend.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα μεγάλη ευγένεια από τ προσωπικό. Η Έλενα που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν γλυκύτατη αλά τη καρδια μας έκλεψε η κυρία Ελένη στο μπουφέ τόσο υπέροχα όσα έφτιαχνε για πρωινό παντα με τ χαμογελπ της και την Ευγενία της μας έκανε και νιώθατε σαν τ σπιτι μας .Ένας υπέροχος χώρος τ συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα φιλια από Κέρκυρα

Check in and out was easy. The hosts were friendly, helpful, amazing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping was great. Room was cleaned everyday. The location is near restaurants and old town Chania.

Not the property’s fault but there was construction next door and they started early in the morning.

The stay was fantastic from the very beginning — everything was exactly as described, the service was amazing. Maria, thank you once again!

Great location, nice and clean. Quiet. The buffet had everything. The pool was great to relax by. Of course couples would mark their beds and not use for 3hours. (should be a rule) The staff were AMAZING. Walking distance to the beach and old town.

The water in the hot tub was dirty. There was a lot of construction around (not the fault of the hotel of course). The pool area is around the front of the hotel, close to the pavement where passers-by look on. The bar function is limited - we had to go and find a supermarket for the ingredients to make our own cocktails.
