Conveniently close to all the entertainment and eateries. Caravan spacious enough for 4 even though there was only two of us. Fully equipped kitchen and heating if anything needs drying off from the pool. My son and I really enjoyed our stay here thank you.

Nothing at all. Only a note that I would recommend there be a fan in the caravan would be great for during the day as it's very hot, I closed all curtains to try to keep it cool. Evening absolutely no problem at all.

We found medication left in our accommodation so contacted the owner incase the person needed it as it was heart medication. We mentioned that there was also rubbish left in one of the bedrooms in a drawer. It didn't feel,look or smell clean. She did try to phone us which i appreciate but I was driving and I did message her when I could. She did offer to try and send the cleaner back which I said no as we were out and we didn't want someone going in when we weren't there and I said I would just clean myself. I thought that was quite reasonable. We later went to make the beds up (spare bed linen was meant to be in a wardrobe for the sofa bed but it wasn't.) My husband pulled out the sofa bed in the living room and he found rubbish under it and it was quite dirty. The double bed was quite stained, bedding was stained and same in the twin room. Pillows were very flat and were useless. We found dirty cooking utensils ie tongs in the drawer. We had to wash everything before we used it. A fingernail clipping in the drawer. The dirty tongs we didnt use but left as we found them. We sent a message to the owner and we mentioned we weren't happy with the price we paid and she got very rude and not helpful at all. Good points were great Internet and good location. I have many more photos of things. Some of the things we found after communication with the owner and didn't see the point of more communication with her.

How rude the owner was. Disappointed at how dirty we found it. Never ever complained about a caravan before and it's not something I would do lightly.

We had a wonderful stay at the cosy caravan! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was lovely and warm throughout, even on chillier evenings, and the cosy atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The facilities were fantastic – everything was thoughtfully provided, from a well-equipped kitchenette to a comfy bed and clean bathroom. We especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel extra special such as the blankets. Our host was absolutely brilliant – so friendly, really helpful, and always on hand to answer any questions we had. Their warm attentiveness truly made all the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay – we’ll definitely be back!
