ZAThe apartment itself was lovely and has everything you need. Location is central so close to schools and restaurants. Lovely ammenities in the bathroom.
However, noise around the apartment block is just to much, we couldnt sleep at all. Pubs and restaurants very noisy until late. Yes, I am aware they are doing some renovations and painting, which they let us know about a few days prior. It was hectic! The exterior looked terrible. And they were busy working since 8 in the morning. This also meant the rest of the building and apartmemt was dirty, due to dust so you cant see through the dirty windows. But I am sure once done it will be lovely
ZAThe location is great. Spar is at the opposite and few nice restaurants just at the bottom of the apartment.

The place is under construction - it should not even be on bookings.com it looks like the cape flats. In your welcome message they say so - but it's to late - if you knew that and saw the place you will not stay there! It also states it has braai facilities, but the braai is at another flat. Then the aircon is in the living room, not in the rooms - it's extremely hot in paarl. The flat inside is not clean. It is also opposite Bossa. It's very noisy till very late.The place is not soundproof. The nabours downstairs made noise till after 4am. I'm totally disgusted by this place. I will not recommend anyone to stay there!
