As a result of the poor maintenance of the plants, mould is building up not just in this apartment (401) but in others as well. Building maintenance and plants need to be improved so mould isn't built up within the apartments, and because the landlords don't care, guests could get sick and have allergies to mould that cause asthma attacks. I wouldn't recommend staying in the same building (PieDrazul). There were stains and dust all over the property, so cleanliness should be improved as well. Massively. For the price isn’t worth it and I wouldn’t recommend staying.
