Premium Flat Near Attractions

The bed is comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. The location was great.

I paid to stay for 6 nights, but left after 3 nights after a cockroach ran across the bed while I was still in it (and very much awake). I called management and they were no help. The stairs to get to the bed are steep and without a proper handrail. I had a hard time getting in because the instructions emailed the day before were incomplete. The property owner did call back quickly and helped me get in, but it was stressful.

All good but sofa bed mattress needs replacement. Rest all good.

The kitchen is well equipped, with beautiful and practical utensils. The bed is very comfortable and the room very a good heater system. The location is something to put it. It is amazing near downtown and within walking distance of the main attractions in the city. The host was always responsible and gave your best to solve the problems.

Meanwhile, the heater system is good, it failed some days. We were in winter, and I believe many other apartments were using heaters. This caused the electricity to break many times. Also, there is a little of noise coming from the other apartments. The washing machine room is in the underground, and it is a little dark, messy, and dirty. All these things are understandable given that it is an old building

Great location and cute layout. Amenities make it ideal for a long stay.

Could have used more hangers and the art was not my style but these are nitpicky!

Location is the only good thing about this property.

I already wrote to customer service: 1.i didn’t feel safe because it wasn’t disclosed that bedroom would have a door with people on the other side of it slamming stuff 2.roaches, roaches, roaches 3.disgusting and dirty sleeping sofa that I wasn’t able to use because it was filled with body fluids 4.only one duvet covered in dogs hair and stained towels. I had to buy my own blankets and comforter 5.dirty cookware and silverware 6.issues with heat 7.wifi network that monitors your internet activity

I like the fact that the apartment is located in a very serene environment. Shopping and tourist centers are walking distance from the facility. The apartment is equipped with essential utensils, especially for cooking. Also, the welcome pack that included tea and coffee was very useful on day of arrival. The host was very helpful and prompt in responding to issues.

There was conflicting checkin instruction from Booking.com and the property host, respectively which was confusing on my day of arrival. There’s need to emphasize that there is no physical key to retrieve from a box. Also, the bedroom is located upstairs and the staircase is steep which can be unsafe for someone with knee issues. In addition, I stayed on the ground floor and the constant noise & destructive nature of rodents scampering for food at night was quite uncomfortable.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to some of the main sites or to public transport The bed was super comfy

The laundry room in the basement. You could tell that something was going to run out from behind somewhere and it actually did, so I had to send my kids to retrieve my washing as I wasn't going back down there

Location is perfect

Very loud. The hosts are nice to leave earplugs though. Be careful on the steps, top ones are small compared to the others. Need to leave more than 2 towels.
