great customer service. Next time I come to Ghana, I will definitely be staying here the whole time.

The towels that were already placed in the room were a little hard.  But the front desk have no problem, giving me another towel.

Location was good, the room was very spacious, there was hot running water, wifi available

Room facilities described on booking.com did not match what I got e.g. no balcony and only got kettle on third day. Room never changed as promised. I could hear every conversation from room next door due to terrible sound proofing with a door seperating my room with the room next door.
