El apartamento está reformado pero está sin acabar, a medias y no guarda relación con las fotos que aparecen en el anuncio.

Estaba muy sucio, con restos de las obras por todas partes. Zonas sin acabar, o acabadas de mala manera para poder alquilarlo. Bastante decepcionado con un apartamento que tiene potencial. El baño estaba realmente sucio: con restos de moho en la escobilla del wc y en el vaso de los cepillos de dientes, con mucho polvo y telarañas, y con una cortina de ducha sustituyendo una mampara que aparece en las fotos del anuncio.
