This is a beautiful, historic apartment right in the heart of Tivoli. It is an easy walk from the train station and is fully equipped and really comfortable. We were also provided with Italian breakfast supplies, a pleasant and unexpected surprise.

Nothing at all ...it was great! Stay here if you can.

Bed a little more comfortable

Location was great in old town center a few minutes walk to Villa de Este and plenty of restaurants and shops. Very clean, plenty of towels, a bit of tea and biscuits provided. Kitchenette with fridge. Host was there waiting for us with keys and recommended a good restaurant. Parking nearby ~5 minute walk and only 10 euro/night.

Ground floor apartment which is very cold in winter. Heat works fine, but the ancient stone walls and vaulted ceilings make it damp and cold. Probably nice and cool in summer. Very dated furnishings, kitchen, and bath. Mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. Pull-out couch circa 1982 needs be be replaced. A tea kettle would be nice.

Great location in the historic centre, close to the villas and a car park. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and willing to help.

Rustico La Rosa is a very clean and cosy studio sized place. It is located in great spot, only a few minutes of walk from the train station. Most of what Tivoli has to offer are within the walking distance. Host is very welcoming and helpful. I do recommend.
