For Students Only - St Davids in Swansea

The location was great, and the facilities in the room are perfect for a student. Plenty of space to work and great wifi. Excellent value for money.

I have stayed here a few times and facilities can vary. I've stayed in Block F and had an apartment to myself, well equipped and spotless kitchen. This time I stayed in D, and was sharing with other students. There was no crockery or cutlery allocated to my room. The kitchen was piled up with dirty dishes. Work surfaces were dirty. If I wanted a cup of tea I had to wash up someone else's mug. I was just unlucky this time.

I enjoyed being able to wash my clothes, the gym was lovely and simple.

There weren't any spray or towels to wipe the equipment with. I found 3 silverfish in my room during my stay.

Hosts did not show around to know where to find student facilities when needed

Clean room with comfortable bed and spacious desk, own bathroom with complimentary shampoo and soap, and shared kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bus stop is directly in front of the house, and shops are in walking distance.

View from the 6th floor was nice, but sometimes you could hear the trains, as the train station is closer than I realised.

Windows not suitable. Poor venturing my room due to small opening of the window. Very uncomfortable nights Also the staff were not interested in solving the problem
