The property was great all round, lovely, clean and modern, all amenities you could think of were available, albeit mirror in each bedroom would have been beneficial particularly as we had 4 teenage girls getting ready for a cheer comp at the winter gardens, sharing the bathroom and hallway mirror!

Very, very cold in the top living area. The radiators didn’t work although I did call out of hours about this and was informed that due to it being a Saturday evening would be unlikely to get anyone out.

Great location, apartment was modern & clean. We throughly enjoyed our stay

The WiFi didn't work in the apartment apart from in the back bathroom so you couldn't use the smart TV apart from usual channels.

that keys were not required

that the instructions in the email were not in booking.com which is where I automatically looked for instructions and the instruction about using the palm was not next to the code
