Very comfortable big bed and check in staff were really friendly. Very accommodating with the early airport transfer also

Jacuzzi/ hot tub is advertised but they do not have this. This was the only reason we booked here as we don't often do more luxury places but wanted 1 night with a hot tub for our final night in Thailand

Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abgelegen, für eine Nacht aber ausreichend. Die Preise im Restaurant sehr überteuert.

Lovely resort, clean, comfortable and stunning grounds. Staff were exceptional!

Upon arrival, the room was extremely dirty: • The shower was filthy and the drain was blocked. • The “new” complimentary slippers smelled strongly of fish — truly disturbing. I wish i was overreacting. • Towels from a previous guest were left in the room, the towel was BROWN, dirty, and just a strong unpleasant odour. • due to lack of issolation we had noise from both neighbouring rooms as if we were sleeping in 1 room. Nobody perfect but come on! These are serious hygiene and safety failures, it was just getting worse and worse! They offered us a private villa or house or whatever but it was far below any standard expected from a hotel, let alone one claiming four stars. There is no turning back once you have witnessed what we did. we requested a refund immediately, but the hotel repeatedly hid behind a “non-refundable policy” instead of acknowledging the clear breach of hygiene and service standards. No guest should be expected to stay after experiencing conditions like this. To make matters worse, Booking.com has not replied to my emails, nor did their reservations team per email as the hotel manager (who was very kind) was not allowed to make any decisions. I have not received a refund despite submitting evidence (photos, videos, and recordings). The lack of accountability from both the hotel and Booking.com is extremely disappointing i must say! We instead booked Sheraton hotel by Marriot where we had a wonderful stay. Incl. Tenniscourt 2 pools and a private beach.

Nice pool and directly at the beach. Our room was beautiful and the bed big and comfy. Airport shuttle worked great.

The stuff was friendly but not outstanding. Its not so nice to walk around the hotel area and we would prefer renting a bike the next time. We had problems finding a nice restaurant that is not a tourist trap.

Bei Ankunft sehr leckerer Willkommens Smoothie . Überaus freundliches Personal. Saubere gepflegte Anlage. Sehr leckeres Frühstück , es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Schöner ansprechender Pool. Guter Zugang zum Meer.

Es ist kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden . Das Essen / Getränke am Pool im Hauseigenen Restaurant ist sehr teuer.
