Casa Vista Mare

The location is ideal for travellers arriving on foot from the ferry and within walking distance. The apartment is well located for access to boats, buses and the funicular. The road is busy through the day but quiet at night. The hostess was lovely and very generous with breakfast materials. Two bathrooms makes it very usable by 2 couples. The hostess was easy to contact and replied quickly to our questions.

The property would benefit from the addition of bath mats and hand towels. Some cupboards and drawers were tricky to open. We used the sofa bed on the mezzanine floor so we could leave the bed made up. The steps are a little tricky and there’s not much privacy for each couple. Some quirks to the electrical system but things worked.

Very good location. Very warm welcome, that paid off a slightly worse weather.

The location is excellent and the view is stunning. There was plenty of space and we were made very welcome on arrival. The toiletries and snacks were appreciated. The towels and sheets were all clean, beds very comfortable and it was quiet, so we all had a good night's sleep.

The accommodation is in need of some maintenance. There was an issue with the switches in the bathrooms, the ceiling fan in the living room area is very wobbly and the kitchen cupboard needs some attention. Also the kitchen bin wasn't emptied. The twin room is on a mezzanine level via some narrow steps, but we managed them fine and none of this detracted from the stunning view and location.

Excellent location, the property is very nice, stylish and relevant for the sea and island of Capri with beautiful sea view. The host Signora Nutsia was very nice and hospitable, she met us with prosecco and after we left the property one of us left there shorts which was thrown away by the maid and Signora Nutsia bought the same model of shorts and sent it for us in our country🥰.

No ac, no hot water (she forgot to tell us to turn it on or how to do so) 1 toilet seat was missing Couldn’t get the power points to work

The room was spacious for two people. Appreciated having to bathrooms. The view was excellent and the place was just minutes from the Port walking.

I did not like that one of the showers instantly ran water all of the small bathroom floor. The frain worked, but the basin of the shower was poorly designed. And the hit water tank was tiny even for two people. I ran out of hot water midshower.
