Cartierul și strada unde se afla apartamentul foarte dubios și foarte jegos..

Self check-in, easy communication with the host, clean and comfortable, in a great location.

The pillows were a bit too big, but can definitely be just a personal preference.

Small and charming accommodation with an authentic local character, conveniently located close to Catania's city center. The communication with the owner was straightforward and the access instructions were easy to follow (pro tip: to open the main gate, you first need to pull it towards you after the buzz). The premises are new, clean and well maintained. Some may say the decor is a bit "kitchy", but it reflects the owner's personality and we didn't mind it. The place is well equipped, the wifi is fast and the complementaty pastry and coffee were also a nice detail. There is also a small seating available on the small patio outside. If you are arriving by car, we suggest you leave it at a paid parking place located ~300m away (Pollina Park). The accommodation offers a great value for money and everything during our stay was enjoyable.

There was no window. The street was dirty. The breakfast was very poor. We got a few packaged croissants that were past their expiration date.

The room is located at a backyard which makes it a quiet place in this busy city. The breakfast is pre-packaged but tastes very good. There is a coffee maker and a good shower. The city center is a 5 minute walk (and the airport one hour). The hostess does not speak English but that is not a problem. Tip: when you want (from the inside) to open the gate first push a little and then pull.

I stayed in Jan'2025 The place is clean and recently renovated with a comfortable bed. The host met me upon arrival and explained everything around the house. Very close to the area of cafes and restaurants, but located inside a courtyard, away from the street noises. I parked on the street in front of the house for free without any issues.
