Beachfront location. Friendly owner and the family.

Very narrow stairs to climb 2 stories up to the room. Expected a swimming pool, which was actually the next door hotel. No coffee or tea is available.

I am 88 years old, live in London - travelled alone - loved my 5 nights in Negombo. Excellent location - directly on the beach - 50 metres from waterside restaurant for good food and to view sunset - main street, restaurants and shops a few steps away The apartments are on a cool breezy corner with the sound of the sea - Owned onsite by very friendly welcoming family, ask if you want anything - Spotless, comfortable room and bathroom - Very secure house and apartments

Be careful as local pavements are uneven - like London
