Very friendly warm welcome by the host, many shopping and sightseeing possibilities in short walking range, Air Condition fully operational, Warmly decorated

Its in the 4th floor, stairs climbing needed. (No elevator), Kitchen is fairly small

The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and the space was well laid out. I really liked it. But, the location is the best!!!!

I really liked the accommodation and the location. The only thing is that it says “free toiletries,” but in reality, you have to go out and buy soap to shower. That’s not very convenient when you’re arriving from another continent late at night. Fortunately, there were plenty of places nearby to buy what I needed, because the location is excellent. Still, it would be great if they provided at least some basic toiletries for the first night.

Very close to the port & front, 10mins walk to the harbour

The Apartment was on the 4th floor of a commmunal residence, Iris the owner was very helpful & informative about where to eat & what to do in Split, But with luggage the many stairs up to the apartment were exhausting & we are quite fit & healthy, That’s the main reason we wouldn’t return to this accommodation, but for being friendly Iris goes out of her way to help you
