Śniadania dobre i urozmaicone . Darmowy parking obok hotelu . Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania całej Kapadocji . Bardzo miły i pomocny personel . Pomogli nam w załatwieniu przelotu balonem w dobrej cenie . Dobra lokalizacja , w centrum Goreme . W pobliżu pełno barów , restauracji i sklepów .

Pokoje zgodne z opisem choć proszą się już o remont . Trochę słabo wyposażone , jak za tą cenę . Brak choćby stołu , krzeseł , szklanek i czajnika .

Living in a real cave!! it was really cool while scorching hot outside without any AC!!

Room was missing hangers, and some shelves in the bathroom. Also water was pooling under the sink while showering due to the design of the bathroom.

O quarto estava bem sujo, a porta do banheiro não fechava, a descarga quando acionada, não voltava a posição inicial, eu tive que tirar a peça da caixinha para puxar para voltar ao normal. Falei com o rapaz da recepção, mas ele não fez nada. A limpeza do quarto ficou a desejar. O dia que deixei a chave para a limpeza, ninguém limpou, eu tive que pedir toalhas limpas e para recolher o lixo.

You can see hot air balloons from your balcony or panorama view point across the road. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are very helpful. We booked Red Tour from another tour company but they didn't turn up as scheduled. Staff helped us phoning around to resolve the problem even with language barriers.

Facilities are dated, need renovation.

The room was comfortable. In the heart of Goreme within easy reach of many restaurants and shops.. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. A good view of the hot air balloons at dawn.
