The staff was very helpful and kind! The rooms are very nice and include a washing machine. The shower has good pressure and the AC works well!

The hallways, elevators, and lobby are very hot. The WiFi was not great.

The fact that they said they provide toiletries, but the only thing that was provided was toiletries roll, hand wash and kitchen soap. There was no shower gel and when asked they said they don't provide that. I unfortunately left my shower cream.

The location is central and close to the shopping mall. The facility is neat. The staff were very helpful particularly Ignatius. I will definitely recommend this place to others.
