Stayed here for two nights while visiting family and seeing a band at Eleven music venue. Lovely spotless comfortable large room with everything you need. Nice quiet location with parking on site. Lovely pub downstairs with nice friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

There was nothing not to like.

This is an excellent place to stay if you need somewhere close to Newcastle or Stoke-on-Trent. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is a small kitchenette for the use of guests. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Everything...for a small pub in the middle of town it's exceptionally well appointed for an overnight business trip The rooms have a separate entrance to the pub and are therefore not disturbed by any activity, but right next door so the pub is easily accessible
