Aroma No leaflets whatsoever for what to do or visit. and what’s going on around, no instructions to tell you how to use or find equipment. Marks on drawers under oven and cupboards. TV had loads of interference. Sugar and coffee bowls dirty. Was text the day before saying I need to bring bedding and towels, this wasn’t mentioned when I was booking it, or in the description. Toilet seats dirty and loose Freezer draw dirty Radiators in the bathrooms were rusty A fishy smell in the hallway, had to go out and buy some fresh air products to freshen it up. No tea towels Tv not working in twin room Front door sticks you have to kick it to open it, fire hazard as a child wouldn’t be able to open it to get out. And when I was booking it said private pool and garden views and private entrance, totally misleading, the view was a small train stopping and starting many times in the day . Owner was contacted with the above issues, and accused me of only complaining for financial gain, offered me £50. I have used booking.com over 10 times in the past, and ever complained about a property ever before but the condition of this place was intolerable.

Location of van, clean and warm. Onsite facilities. My girls loved the train we went on several times.
