The area, facilities, the pool area, the deers walking around was excellent. Only need a dog area to let dogs loose a little bit. Other than that, love the place.

This is about 15 minutes out of town but well worth it. I loved everything about the property. Nature trails, deer and rabbits around the property just sightseeing. The nature pods are so nice and clean almost like a five star hotel. You can sit out back and the lake is right there. The sky is so beautiful during the day and night. Pool area is lovely and clean. Nice place to go for upscale nature vacation.

"It was a lovely cabin for a good price, conveniently located to our vacation spots."

Booking.com falsely advertised the cabin we booked. Upon check in, the staff was very helpful in finding us a cabin that would actually fit our family of 5, and they few in a few free items as a perk. We also loved the proximity to Fredericksburg.

The cabin was on a bit of a slant. The staff never figured out they had switched our cabin, so they came to prep the cabin for another guest a day before we were checking out (which they apologized for).
