Tucker at Palm Trace Landings Fort Lauderdale

The apartment felt homie.

It smelled like sewer water when I walked in, it smelled like that the whole time. The main restroom had a clogged sink and shitty toilet. The tub was repainted with a gloss that extremely slippery, I actually fell while bathing. When I contacted staff they told me they’ll make note of it and for me to be cautious, as if it was my fault the tub was slippery. The light switches don’t work properly, you have to play with them to get the lights on. For nearly every switch in the house. The ac doesn’t cool in the rooms. Living room was freezing, rooms were hot. Too much light comes in through the blinds. Between the dogs barking from the neighbor and the sun shining through the curtains I had no choice but to be up at 8 am every day.

Room smelt a bit smokey on entry

Beautiful flat , great location, nice amenities. Very quiet and lovely neighborhood. Pool access and free parking a great extra! Internet access also very very satisfying . We reached out to them to extend our stay and they replied instantly and were very very helpful and thank you for that! Overall we would recommend.

During this visit we stayed for 16 nights in total The flat was not cleaned by housekeeping not even once. I understand cleaning is not included and is offered at extra charge but for a stay that long I would at least expect for cleaning to occur once! No Hoover or mop available in the flat either so as for you to clean for yourself. Also, the flat was NOT CLEAN AT ALL since we first checked in to begin with - this is the second time we have chosen Tucker for our visit to Davie - the previous time the flat was in a Much better condition and far cleaner - newer cutlery plates and furniture and sheets and towels back in March in the previous flat (building 3) Some sheets and towels were ripped and stained- some cups and glasses and plates and cutlery were not clean at all and a lot of the furniture dysfunctional and dated - unacceptable for the large amount of money we paid for our stay.

Apartment was very spacious and clean.

The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable.

Amenities and parking was safe

Place was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Issue was kitchen wasnt really clean and ants everywhere on the counter. Constantly was spraying for the ants. By the time we left it was better but took 3 days for them to stop showing up. Had an issue with the dryer either missing a leg or off balance and was told thanks for letting us know and the last morning we were told water was being shut off at 9am which I get was out of ther control but still not what we needed on the last morning we were there

Everything was clean, easy check in without the help of any employee, parking spaces available, etc.

The car vacuum didn't work, we spent $3 on it and we never got our money back.
