The location is good and the staff were nice.

Lift was not working from the reception had to climb 1 floor. The room was not commensurate with that of a standard 4 star lusury hotel. Nothing in the room was working - from kettle to the TV. Even there were no tissues. The housekeeping staff was naive and not trained.

We had wonderful stay with my family. Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly specially the front office a lady name Nishana was very nice and polite and who help us to celebrate our anniversary. We leave good memories there. Also all hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. And there is very good WiFi so people who work by online it’s a great place good entertainment as well. Thank you very much for everyone and we definitely looking forward to come back again.
