Excellent service and staff were delightful. Breakfast was good and had a good selection, even for non-Indians which is nice. The rooms were good. It was a great place to stay and I would go again if needed. Location was perfect, close to most things you can do in Kochi. It was all about the staff though and they truly make your stay there enjoyable.

The only issue we had was the water in the bathrooms kept filling up and not draining enough. But again the staff was happy to come and help out. The pool was nice except when rowdy men turned up and smoking. Not the fault of the hotel per se but just some people are idiots and don't care enough if there are kids around.
