MYRoom are spacious. Bed is comfortable enough. Aircond is very cold. Jacuzzi is an added value. Hot shower is nice.
We did expect more from the resort. Reality is not as expected. All the videos & pictures from tiktok aren't the same when u're there. Cafe is close even they have a full house guests. The breakfast is just below the par. Slow service during breakfast. They don't even switch on the fan even though it was so hot in there with full of flies everywhere in the cafe. The resort is in secluded area. Road condition is very bad. With no road lights. The landscape is just boring. RM20/pax for nasi lemak is just a rip-off. They can do better with all the notes in the room. The wording is a bit passive aggressive for the guests. Cause we are paying customers. And the price we pay for the room aren't cheap. For a total RM440/night, they can do way better for the guest.

Sorry to say, saya book 4 bilik. 1 bilik cabin takbersih, busuk, ada tikus, tikus siap tarik rambut masa tidur dan makan makanan atas meja. Hopefully ada improvement dari pihak hotel. Bilik yang lain biasa biasa ja, cadar ada stain darah.

Unit cabin tak berbaloi dengan harga. Ruang kecik untuk couple (2pax) & cabin (3pax) berbau. Maybe bau dari toilet dan for me tak berbaloi dengan harga. Kalau unit lain saya tak tahu maybe okay.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The overall cleanliness of the villa was below expectations. The beranda floor was covered with artificial grass, but it was already very wet when we arrived, which made it uncomfortable to use. The compound and landscaping also appeared poorly maintained. The pool, in particular, did not look properly cleaned—there was sand, small branches, and bits of grass floating in the water. The beach area also needs attention. It would really help if there were staff assigned to regularly clean up the rubbish and fallen leaves, as it affected the overall experience. The car park was another concern. It was very dark at night and the surface was uneven and bumpy, making it difficult to handle luggage. It also didn’t feel very safe, especially for women. The road in and out of the property was very dark at night with no proper lighting. It may feel unsafe and extra caution is needed Overall, the maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement.

Quite disappointed because I booked the hotel for 3 pax, but the breakfast was only provided for 2 people. Usually, the breakfast should follow the number of guests booked. Besides that, the bathroom was also a bit dirty.
