Needs a better clean as was not as clean as could be.

Having everything in one space was great. Close to buses that can get you to the rail into central london

Bedroom blinds aren't black out, so you need to be okay with a room full of light by 6am

The location on a quiet road was an easy Uber ride to Twickenham Station. For two people for one night having the bed and sofa bed was fine. There were some nice small touches-some snacks, a toothbrush and hand written welcome note.

Two small things. The sofa bed had a very thin matress. The sheets were easy to find and everything was clean, but I would have appreciated a duvet cover. Also the TV was not tuned in.

Clean & comfortable suited my needs

The apartment is clean, large and the bedroom is separated from the dining room. One can work in the dining room and the other can go to sleep. Basic necessities and equipment are provided. Although the owner family lives in the same house, you feel living in a private place because the room is whole separate and has its own entrance. The guest living comfortability is the host's main concern. The neighbours and the surroundings are quiet so you won't be disturbed. This must be the first choice when we visit London next time.

The room is over-decorated. For example the curtain in the bedroom obstructs the bedroom entrance and there too many cushions. There is no wardrobe or drawers for us to store the clothes. A simple and practical room decor is suitable for travellers. The nearest shops and Tesco Express are about 10 mins walk. The laundry is about 20mins walk.

Very good communication. Nicely designed apartment. Very commited. Sahar and Azzizi were very committed to making me feel welcome and comfortable. Loved the coffee machine with the refillable capsules. A short walk to the next bus stop, and not far from Heathrow airport. Will be on the top of my list from here-on.
