Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and la couple of restaurants around. Housekeeper changed our towels everyday and replaced the bottle of water. It's not in a tourist area, so we had to use a grab to go to the city or walk for 30 min. There's a cat at the front desk, very sweet and she made my days there! Staff are friendly.

Despite the staff being friendly, they still need some training and better management. It’s not just a language barrier issue, but customer service. We arrived around 1 p.m. to stay for three nights. They requested payment in cash, which I didn’t have in full at the time. The ATM was about a 7-minute walk away, so I asked if the room was ready so we could leave our bags. The receptionist replied that only at 2pm. We were exhausted and it was a sunny day. Anyway, I walked to the ATM and when I was back she charged us and let us in - so, please, manager, we were legitimate guests, who booked through booking.com, to give us both safety - you could charge my credit card if it was the case. But the worst was during our check out. The housekeeper had made up our room the day before, and just in the morning we realised one hand towel hadn't been replaced. We didn't care - our mistake. The receptionist asked us about the missing towel, and called the cleaner and checked their book to certify it was given to us. It took around 10 min when I said I had to leave. Manager, please, implement better laundry control and procedures for when things like this happen. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. I really felt bad for the receptionist as I knew she was following instructions.

Hotel wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Było bardzo czysto! Idealnie biała, dobrej jakości pościel oraz ręczniki. Personel codziennie dbał o uzupełnianie wody i niezbędnego wyposażenia w łazience. Nasz pobyt przebiegł bardzo przyjemnie 😊

Hotel znajduje się przy ulicy i w nocy słychać samochody oraz skutery, ale ze stoperami do uszu było okej 🙂

Sehr nettes Personal. Es ist alles wirklich blitzsauber. Nette kleine Kaffeeecke unten neben der Rezeption auch schön zum Abend draußen sitzen

Good hotel on the center of Krabi real close to the city centre and close to lottus, 7eleven and a lot of different restaurants. The bedroom was very spacious, very clean, so we couldn’t ask for better in our 1 night stay before going to Koh lanta. Highly recommend for everyone staying in Krabi!
