Hotel O Srinika Grand NEAR Shamshabad Airport

The room wasn't clean at all. I could not fall asleep as in the corridor someone was shouting, shutting the door, putting music out loud. At the end owners said i didn't show up at their hotel just to get additional money and that I need to pay a fee cause of not showing up... booking.com said they will take a cancellation fee from my bank account...

We as a family were not given any rooms despite reservation.

Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need Had breakfast delivered to my room and it was absolutely fabulous. They called to ask what I would like and delivered beyond expectations.

It was the most miserable stay ever. Never booking Oyo or this hotel again. There was no room available at 4 am when I reached despite having received multiple assurances from OYO's customer service that your room is reserved.
