I was given a room with single bed with no garden view as advertised

The room is usually as per the advertisement and it’s the first time this property has not my expectation

The check-in and check-out process was very clear and simple. The wifi was very good. My room had everything it needed.

I found that other guests at the property showed little respect for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Guests left dirty pots, pans, dishes and food (which should be refrigerated) in the kitchen for days, leaving an untidy space. Other guests did not open a window or turn on the bathroom fan when having a shower, leaving the entire bathroom moist and wet for the next person to go in. Other guests complained to me that I was talking on the phone quietly in my room at around 9am, however they were chatting very loudly, playing music and stomping around the house well into the quiet hours. I understand this is not the properties fault, however for the future, it would be appreciated if more rules and regulations were put in place to ensure that some guests aren’t impacting the quality of the space for others. Furthermore, the room I had booked was the bedroom with the garden view. I was not given this room, I am aware of this as my sister stayed 2 years prior and had the garden room, so I deliberately booked the same one, but instead was in a much smaller room - no garden view.
