Oak Ridge House

the stay was fine, the neighbors were normal, it was clean, I also liked the communication with the host, the host was flexible, I mistakenly booked for one day later, he allowed me to change those dates, in general, everything went well

The house is beautiful and my room is spacious with a comfy bed, furniture and a cable connected mounted TV. As a female traveling alone, safety is my top priority and this house provides that, with a key-less entry and staff that is available to come over anytime I need them. The location is great, I can get anywhere, from Busch Gardens and USF to the interstate and beyond in only minutes. My housemates are professionals who are respectful and clean, which makes my stay even nicer. I recommend staying in any of his accommodations, this is the second house I have stayed at and both have been great. Happy Traveling!

Location: 7/10 : near Busch Gardens Amusement Park(1 mile) and University of South Florida(2 miles). Grocery stores such as Windixie and Publix are within walking distance(800 meters) Price all else considered in Tampa: 10/10 Cleanliness: 6/10 you share the common area and restrooms with other guests. Quiet factor during the night: (6 to 7/10) it seems like you're in a forest(woods) at night with the noise. First week, I heard frogs. The following week after, I heard raptors and crickets. Ie: Falcon. In the morning, sometimes, you have small birds chirp. The also had a pineapple fruit that grew ripe over the course of 3 weeks. They have kitchen utensils, cutlery, refrigerator, washer, and dryer in the common areas.

a. I prefer my own bathroom to include toilet. b. I don’t like the smell of weed or what people say 420 (numbers are quite random) (applicable outside the house). c. The task of maintenance of common areas need to be delegated to the tenants with equal proportion or responsibility or the staff needs to clean up after the tenants for the common areas.
