We liked the size of the room and the view from our private balcony. We also liked the pool. The food at the restaurants was extremely tasty however it was overally priced and small potion-sized, almost like tapas.

The main reason we picked this hotel was because of their own Cenote. It was not clean at all, and we did not see anyone go in it. When we arrived, the bathroom door was 2/3 shut and it would not open. We informed the front desk staff regarding this issue and it took them 3 days to fix it. The staff only asked us once to clean the room during our 4 day stay.There were bugs in side our hotel room, the water pressure for the shower was not great and water would get everywhere. The AC would often not work. The front desk staff is not friendly at all. The wifi does not work, and it is VERY FAR from downtown and the hotel zone. Furthermore, I would only recommend this hotel for the morning view.
