스테이루헤 Stayruhe in Hongdae

It was at a central location and quiet. Chris, our host was more informative and helpful. He sent photos and updates so that we could locate the property. The accommodation was stylist and homely, with everything that you need in the apartment! There were even little Korean decorations in the house as well that gave guests a little view into the Korean culture! He even went the extra mile to recommend potential places that we could visit and enjoy; as well as asked if we needed further assistance in anyway. It was such a lovely stay and we would definitely return again in future!

The host is very friendly and helpful. I can contact him anytime. His guidance is very clearly. The house has everything you need even cotton pad in bathroom. The house near convenience stores and restaurants. Very quiet. Highly recommend this place.

BEST HOST EVER

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was easy to find with the detailed info the hosts provided. The apartment seems to be newly decorated, super clean, and looks exactly like the pictures on booking.com. There are two double bedrooms and a single room, all simply but stylishly decorated. There is also a good sized dining room/well equipped kitchenette where you can hangout. All necessities were provided for self catering. Bathroom was similarly well stocked with toiletries, toothpaste and slippers etc, which seems to be standard in Korea. There is even a garment steamer and various chargers and cables in the flat for our convenience. The location was excellent, it's 10mins walk to Hongik Uni subway station, there is a small convenience store around the corner, and it is close to many restaurants and cafes on/near the main road close by. Although it is quite hilly in the local area, so bring good walking shoes! The hosts were super helpful and informative throughout, and kept us updated on the latest local info eg recommended restaurants, events that were happening in the city and even the weather, it was really sweet and thoughtful. Just a note: the switch for the shower heater is in the main bedroom near the light switch. It took us a while to find that out. :D

There were very few hooks to hang towels or clothes, some rooms didn't have access to a wardrobe so we lived out of our suitcases. The mattress in the single room could use a topper.

The owner was super helpful and responsive way before our trip and all the amenties were provided in the house, little thoughful things that normally wouldn't be part of a rental place. Even the overall aesthetic if the place was nice and clean throughout.

1 room was makeshift though still a comfy bed, there was little space for things and the door was slightly transparent. There was no full sized towels, just a tiny bath towel the kind used for face only

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The owner was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless check in and providing excellent service throughout. The owner are helpful to share about nice place to visit and food recommendations . I highly recommend BB Stay Hongdae for a comfortable, convenient stay. Will definitely return!
