Great host, the place was very clean. Host provided with additional toiletries and self care stuff as a welcome gift, which was extra special. Also, offered pies on welcome. The location and view, both are great

The washroom is sharing, So if you are on top floor, you'll have to come a floor down to use it

Wonderful host, provided breakfast, intelligent and brilliant conversation about career growth and really welcoming.

The whole staycation was perfect, it was just what I needed with my pooch

Fantastic host - extra homely touches very thoughtful, I.e. gifts/toiletries + access to kitchen and food provided! Location excellent and loved the rooftop terrace. Warm, clean, well decorated environment- would definitely return.

Had to go down flight of stairs for shared bathroom and for toilet but small point and wouldn’t stop me staying here again

Room was clean and tidy. Well situated in centre of entertainment area Did not charge for bringing dog with us.

Only room with no tv. Was not aware that bathroom and toilet were shared. (The other couple staying were also unaware). No tea making facilities, had to a abandon coffee making as no instructions on how to use the pod machine (not everyone drinks coffee).

The Host Sharon was super helpful and accommodating. Lovely lady. Highly recommend is you want to be right in the middle of Chester with plenty of food / bars etc but still very quiet when we stayed.

Very welcoming host, a comfortable very good value for money accomodation in the best location. Dog friendly too!

Nothing I didn't like.

Location was inside the city walls so everything we came for was nearby. A well stocked coffee machine and a nice welcome pack on arrival. Clean and comfy room. The whole building was heated to a comfortable level which considering how freezing cold it was outside, was most appreciated.

As it was in the city center, there was some "nightlife music" to be heard but then that's what we came for!
