Jeans Place Watergate St Rows near racecourse

The location of this b&b was amazing. You open the door and you are right in the centre of the city. The host was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. I loved the little additions you get such as your towels, mini toothbrush, shower gel etc.

The room was a lot smaller than I expected and through no fault of the host I didn't realise it was a shared bathroom. I thought it was a hotel and it seemed more like an air b&b vibe, again this is an issue my side when researching. The balcony was weathered outside and wasn't appealing to be out there. The shared bathroom was a little weathered. The shower head was loose on the wall and wouldn't stay up. The mugs in the room that had the condiments in were not very clean and we had to rinse them out before using. The bed was super soft, but too soft for our liking but that is a preference for my self and my partner.

Very clean/cosy and extremely good value for money! Central location in city centre topped it all off.

The bed was as soft as a cloud. I had great sleep here. The towels were so soft, I loved them. The Terrence, despite the poor weather, was still used and enjoyed! The shared bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area were clean and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The room was very spacious and clean ok no shower in the room but for the price still reasonable👍

The location was excellent plenty of places to eat and drink 👍
