Nice apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki. Close to all attractions, sights, shopping, promenade by the sea, cafes. I will stay in this apartment again.

The bathroom had a hole in the shower… it was pouring water and it was disgusting

Easy check in, perfect location, it has all necessary amenities. Good air conditioner. Recommend

Water pressure is low, so that could be improved, but showering is manageable.

Extremely annoying smell from the bathroom… and i do not care too much if its the old building. apartment was renovated… also, in the kitchen there is serious lack of dishes even for 2 persons. bedroom bad is far for comfortable, matress shouod be replaced with new one long time ago.. living room bed is far from clean. We were offered another room due to this issues but on site that is far away from location we were, even further from place we parked car (paid parking spot so getting back to the car is even bigger isse with bags and stuff) and everything is not even close as it is to this apartment. owners should work on this one more and probably raise price when they fix pipes issues, cause apartment is at excelelnt location but for now - its more than bad thing when you enter bathroom and feel the smell from the pipes… very annoying..

Apartment was in the PERFECT location. On a lively street and next to a large square with eateries. Area felt safe into the night. Block was secure with a key for common entry. Apartment was clean, spacious, nice balconies, fully equipped kitchen.

Bathroom drainage had a leak issue so there was a bad smell. Manager was notified and was apologetic, but it was a problem that cannot be fixed during my stay. Toilet seat was the wrong size by 80%, needs replacement. But the most serious was the mattress, it was badly sunken in the middle, and of low quality when individual springs could be felt. Far below the quality of any airbnb. Have feedback to manager. Hope they replace these asap otherwise unit it not livable.

The AC heater wasnt working in bedroom. Bedroom door was broken and there was a bad smell in there. The bed was uncomfy and in the morning we had backpain. There was music and noise coming from outside all night long.
