I Didn't like how some staff treated us, and the menu is same .no changes.

Super nice location and the staff was very very friendly. General facilities are good, nice pool and good restaurant.

Biggest problem was lack of a ventilation system in the bathroom leading to a lot of mold on the ceiling. This caused a bad smell in the whole room. Very dark and not possible to open any window in the room. No mosquito nets over the beds as in any other hotel on our Tansania trip (Malaria area) . All in all missed potential due to old, wet and dark hotel rooms.

The service at Phi Phi was exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were impressed by the team’s professionalism and hospitality. Their operations are efficient —from the reliable taxi service to the thoughtful extras, like the complimentary snorkelling offered on Mondays and Wednesdays. These little touches made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

It would be nice to have mats by the door to remove the sand. The pipes get blocked and it’s a little frustrating at times.

Nothing

I really enjoyed everything about this place — the beautiful setting, the warm and professional staff, the wide beach right in front of the hotel, the delicious food, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. It’s also very easy to visit other towns from here, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay.

The breakfast at PiliPili Palm Beach Hotel was excellent. There was a good variety of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs made to order, and local touches that made it feel authentic and satisfying. The location is fantastic—right on the beach in Jambiani, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the sand. It's a peaceful area, great for unwinding, and still close enough to explore nearby attractions or enjoy beach activities. The serene setting really adds to the charm of the hotel.
