We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. What made the biggest difference was the personnel, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive.

Bien situé dans le centre historique de Tours. Accès en voiture très incertain.

Chambre très spartiate donnant sur une cours intérieure des plus austères. Éclairage de la chambre insuffisant. Pas de sèche cheveux. Déco inexistante.

Not a 3 star hotel as advertised. Tiny room felt like a dormitory or prison cell. Noisy from bars across the street. Smelly towels. Hallway light flashing all night. Complete misrepresentation by Booking.com.

The location of the hotel in the heart of the old town is perfect. Staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. Exactly what you need for a short stay at Tours.

Isolation of the rooms was a bit poor. You can hear your neighbours above and near you when they walk, open the door, flush the toilet,etc...
