Hermosa ciudad me hubiera gustado estar más tiempo. Hôtel súper bien ubicado.

Super zentral gelegen, im absoluten (Studenten-)Hotspot. Durch die doppelte Verglasung ist es bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig. Es gibt ein öffentliches, recht günstiges Parkhaus, welches ein paar Minuten entfernt ist. Tours ist eine Reise wert!

Das Personal war freundlich, jedoch gibt es keine Rezeption, die durchgehend besetzt ist (wahrscheinlich sind die Mitarbeitenden jedoch telefonisch erreichbar). Leider war das Bett sowie die Matratze ziemlich durch :(

We liked everything about this hotel. This is a remodeled boutique hotel which is maintained very well. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We loved the breakfast. Every morning we could get fresh croissants and coffee with some cheese and cold cuts etc. They made sure guests feel warm hospitality. The room was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was, we believe, newly remodeled so it was new and clean! Also the location was superb. It's in the old town of Tours. Everything was within walking distance.

There was no elevator. We didn't mind but some guests would mind. We stayed on 3rd Floor (which was the top floor). We had to go 6 or 7 flights of stars to go up. Good exercise!

Location is incredible in the middle of the old Tours, the lady at check-in was lovely.

The cleaning lady opened the door to my room with her key at 10am (check-out time is 11am), although I repeatedly asked her not to enter. Walls are paper thin, you can hear every single noise in the corridor and adjacent rooms. No one to be seen in the morning at check-out, I ended up leaving my keys in the room as I didn't know what to do with them. Bit odd.
