În locație sunt mai multe camere. Parcarea in curte este pentru 2 mașini, restul parchează pe stradă. Cum selectează proprietatea cine parchează in curte numai ei știu criteriile. Destul de departe de centru. Exista o stație de tramvai in dreptul fabricii de bere, aproximativ la 10 minute de mers pe jos.
