Francesca ci ha accolto con gentilezza e professionalità, e il tour del secondo giorno è stato davvero piacevole. Ottimo anche il vino, ben presentato e di qualità.

Purtroppo, l’arrivo è stato deludente: abbiamo trovato il letto sporco e mancavano i saponi. Inoltre, la vasca idromassaggio, uno dei motivi principali della nostra scelta, non era utilizzabile, nonostante fosse indicata come disponibile sul sito. Anche se alcune cose sono state sistemate dopo nostra segnalazione, il disagio iniziale ha compromesso l’esperienza. Abbiamo segnalato tutto alla struttura, ma non ci è stato proposto gesto concreto.
