Place is surrounded by green trees, peace and quiet but still close to the centrum. Very nice owner and cheap delicious breakfast

Excellent accomodation, as we ever stayed. Very well behaved and cooperative management. Location of the hotel and home stay is also prime. Very near to beach. Comparatively cheaper. Thanks to the Mrs Usha and her staff.

Our host was lovely - she took care of everything we needed, was friendly and offered us recommendations. We particularly appreciated her letting us take over her living room so we could watch the football! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

One of the best hotels I've ever been in. The staff is wonderful and so kind, everything is super clean and the location is perfect, close to all the touristic places in Kochi. Totally recommendable.
