- professional handling of our reservation since the very beginning as well as of our needs/requests with care by Andras 🙏❤️ - surprise gift for our anniversary: a bottle of local champagne - extended late check out free of charge - beautiful terrace to enjoy during breakfast and in the evening - strategic quiet safe location: we could walk to anywhere from there - nearby little supermarket by OMV petrol station, opened during festivities - nearby Cinnamon cafe with delicious cappuccino and pancakes - nearby bakery shop - fully- equipped kitchen - comfortable bed - large bathroom with great shower and washing machine WE WILL NIT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND LA BELLE EPOQUE TO OUR FRIENDS! This apartment and all its pros has certainly made the difference fie an unfirgettable stay in this marvellous town ❤️💝❤️

Just little comments as a note for future improvement: - Reduce number of books in Hungarian on the shelves - Fill in outside vases with plants

Location.

The apartment was dirty, with dust everywhere. The furniture was very old, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on and very small. The entrance to the building was filthy, and there was trash on the street. We stayed in December when the temperatures were low, and the apartment was cold and far from comfortable. Not all the radiators in the apartment were working, and we felt cold. Cold air was coming through the windows because they were very old. The bedroom didn’t have a proper door, just some partitions, so it was impossible to retain any warmth. We decided to turn on the air conditioning to heat the apartment, but the landlord contacted us, asking us to turn it off and demanding €30 for 3 days because, according to her, the air conditioning had been running constantly. However, we didn’t even turn it on during the first two days because we couldn’t find the remote control. At one point, we went out briefly to buy some food, leaving the air conditioning on, and the landlord entered the apartment and turned it off without our permission. She then contacted us, saying she had to turn it off. We packed our things and left the apartment because we no longer felt comfortable staying there. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. For the price we paid, it’s not worth a single cent. I also posted a picture of the dust that was all over the apartment. Make sure to check everything carefully before renting this apartment.

We had a lovely stay in Budapest. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet residential area, with good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Easily reachable by public transportation from the city center. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had good communication with the owners.

My HOSTS were GREAT. The apartment had everything including a washer. The location allowed me to get around the city with ease. Thanks

Everything was fine for us, nice quiet apartment, air-conditioning was perfect for high temperature in June, comfy bed, a lift to your floor, 8 mins walk to centre, or get the bus just outside for 2 mins journey for connections all over the city, supermarket 3 min walk. Great communication with the owner for entry and leaving, 100% will stay again when visiting the beautiful Budapest.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped and perfectly located little apartment. Pleasant and easy communication with the host. The house and the street is silent during the night, so no problems with sleep. The station of M2 metro line and few supermarkets are within 10 minutes of walk. Bus 11 stops at the house door and can bring you to the metro station if you are lazy to walk. The most of main tourist attractions and sights of Budapest can be quickly reached by feet or using public transport. Very satisfied with the stay. Can recommend this apartment for couples or single travelers.
