L'emplacement est parfait et le parking, très pratique.

La chambre (no 1) est absolument minuscule. L'insonorisation est presque inexistante. La salle de bain est séparée de la chambre par une cloison à fenêtre, ce qui ne donne aucune intimité. La télé, minuscule aussi est mal placée et la déco minimaliste.
