Loved the patio outside, the staff were fantastic, Ashley asked everyday how we were and what we were doing that day, made us feel so welcome, the server on patio and bar was fantastic giving us great ideas what to do (forgot her name, but she was blonde, tattooed rock roll :) young blond clean cut bartender was so attentive and friendly. Very nice luv that u kept the name hickocks for the restaurant , good view
The new rooms are great, since we had been there last when it was hickocks, but dusty on the new furnishings, coffee sucked and there was alrdy water in it when we first went to use, previous guests clothes in drawers!? When cleaned didn’t remove glasses brought up from bar or when requested sheets be changed next day the bed was just made with same sheets!. So housekeeping not good. But #1 was not told we would be paying for parking everyday when reserved room!

Elevator problems our entire two day stay. At the end we had to carry our luggage down three stairs with the help of hotel staff.
CZGreat hotel and location. Especially our room. Not all rooms are the same, some of the rooms are in the older historical look. We had 3 rooms suite and it was great, comfortable, clean.
I didn’t like the fact that there is a casino downstairs. But that was in all hotels so it seems like it’s a Deadwood thing.
