Vincenzo il padrone di casa è un ragazzo disponibilissimo a ogni richiesta, molto cordiale e attento ai particolari per rendere piacevole la permanenza dei propri ospiti, fa in modo di farti sentire come un suo conoscente ospitato a casa sua

l' unica pecca, essendo vicino ad una strada, la notte si sente il passaggio degli autoveicoli
