Reception was not friendly. Room was not clean. There was no facility in the room. (just tea, water and towel) No air condition no heater (there were so cold at night) no shampoo.

The newly renovated Eden Hill Hotel well met our expectations with its excellent cuisine, affordable rates, and spotless accommodations. We had a great one-night stay, and we're already thinking about coming back for longer—it's well worth it!

During our trip to Nuwara Eliya, we had a beautiful and comfortable room with a private balcony at the Edden Hill Hotel. the staff was kind and friendly. breakfast was delicious. The lake view is lovely.

We had an incredibly enjoyable stay at the Eden Hill Hotel. The gorgeous setting with a view of Lake Gregory was absolutely stunning, and the most recent improvements, friendly staff really improved the whole experience. And the food was delicious. heartily recommended.
