The apartment felt really nice to be in. The host was accommodating whenever I had questions. The location is close to bus stops which was helpful as we planned on public transportation only. Because it offers a microwave, stove with pans and pots and a coffee drip machine we were able to save some money on eating out and could cook inside. We appreciated the wide selection of cosmetics in the bathroom which is way more than the typical small bottle of shampoo and soap. For people that need darkness to sleep, the blinds can provide pitch-black darkness, even in the middle of the day if needed. There were additional blankets which came in handy. The sheets, the towels were all clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable.

One of the pots was incompatible with the induction stove so we had to use a very small one. If someone wants to charge their devices by the nightstand, they would need to unplug the nightlight. Because we went in October, the heating situation was difficult as there is only a heater in the bathroom. Minor complaint is about the bathroom basin, which is very pretty but a bit less functional because of it. The water needed some time to heat up so it needed to be taken into account if we wanted to take a shower. However, those really are nitpicks and overall the apartment is great.

Clean and cosy apartment close to the city center. The host is lovely and really friendly.

Good communication with host

The accommodation is in a great location within walking distance to the centre. Parking right in front of the accommodation. Easy key handover in the security safe. Clean accommodation, fridge, coffee maker for drip coffee, equipped kitchen. Hostess very pleasant and available on the phone. Thank you very much.

Our only complaint would be the sofa bed, which was uncomfortable and creaked with every movement.

Apart from the smoke and uncomfortable sofa bed, the apartment was clean and bathroom provided with amenities and towels. The kitchen was also equipped for use. There were no instruction on how to use the coffee machine for coffee or simple hot water though. The host tried her best to support.

The location is far from station we ended up walking at night which was dark and felt unsafe because we could not get a bus or a taxi. To me the instructions to get the key and find the apartment were not so clear nor given on time. I had to contact the host and ask myself. Upon arrival we had to contact the host for clarification and precision. She was responsive but for someone who might not know their way around can be rather complex specially with little light in the neighbourhood. There was strong smoke smell in the studio, even when we opened the window it did not go away. The host should have told us to change our booking or find an alternative. I am allergic and had very difficult nights also because the sofa bed was not comfortable the sponge seemed over used and uneven. The wifi also did not work on the first day we had it later on the second day and we needed to arrange for the host to come and put it. Was not what we expected, have we known-we would have either booked somewhere else or made other plans.
