I Quattro Pozzi

Struttura nuovissima, nel cuore delle Langhe, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di La Morra. Le camere sono ampie, pulite e arredate con gusto. Bagno fantastico, dotato veramente di tutto! (compresi accappatoi e ciabattine). La piscina a sfioro con affaccio sui vigneti è un valore aggiunto. Colazione abbondante, varia e preparata con ingredienti di prima qualità, servita in una piccola saletta veramente graziosa. Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza da Anser, pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo per una pausa rigenerante di assoluto relax!

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare una piccolissima pecca, che non inficia assolutamente il giudizio ampiamente positivo, avremmo voluto una spiegazione più dettagliata sul funzionamento delle biciclette elettriche (noleggiate ad un costo non propriamente economico). Ma è proprio una minuzia!

The room and breakfast were decent. Had bikes for rental (but very expensive)

Communication and assistance. Got locked out of the hotel during the night, and no one helped. It's not manned during evening/night. Also, there is a construction site next door and the neighbours have 5 dogs, so it was very noisy and loud during both day and night.

La struttura e tutta nuova con una piscina riscaldata spettacolare. In mezzo dei vignetti. Le stanze nuove con design particolare. 10 min a piedi dal centro storico.

Beautiful interiors, great location to the centre of La Morra (10 mins) and a stunning sunset spot and great staff, shout out to Anser who rescued my mum and I more than once! This is a small, boutique style hotel, no big team, just the manager and cleaning team, which means you get personalised service (read, being reduced from a walk!). As it is still so new, everywhere is pristine!

The reception ends at 7pm then someone is just on call. Nothing happened but just an fyi. In the room, they need long mirrors, whilst beautiful interiors, this one thing was missing. The kettle also didn’t have a long enough cable and had the wrong plug (Italy has two types of plugs). The road the hotel is on has a couple of properties being built (July 25) but you don’t see or hear this when in the hotel.
