The staff and the facilities it was well prepared!!! Overall value for money for sure.

1.) Maybe for improvement- you may also add slipper for guest, since you are focus on customer satisfaction, this suggestion might give plus points 2.).Microwave oven - functional but old, quite hard to use 3.) socket outlet near kitchen sink is loose

Everything 😀 I forgot the name of the caretaker ng unit pero kudos sa kanya. Maganda yung room, nammaintain and pagmay need ka or questions ka nasasagot agad.

Free use of toiletries (dove hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner) and a bath & body works lotion, complementary bottled water, coffee & teas, and a bathrobe!! You can also use their iron, hair dryer, kitchenware, and washing machine.

The place wasn't that soundproof but it's alright. The balcony view of the garden wasn't that great since it's located at the end of the building so the barricade is visible. Therefore, you wouldn't get an aesthetic view but it's alright. Also, i though we can just pay for the use of pool but unfortunately, we need to get a voucher from the property owner which i forgot to ask, so we couldn't avail the swimming pool.
