Absolutely loved the place!

We enjoyed how close the home was to the beach and it was very spacious for our family.

Our biggest issue was the comforter in the master bedroom was covered in animal hair, which made us question if the bedding was cleaned before we arrived to the home. My husband went to bed in a black shirt and woke up with white hairs ALL over it. The couch was also covered in animal hair. Despite the home being seemingly clean, the pet hair immediately made it feel less than. I feel for the amount that is charged for a cleaning fee, we should not have had to deal with someone else’s pet hairs all over us while we sleep.

would have liked to have a recliner or more comfortable furniture, what we had was not too bad but my brother-in-law has a problem sitting. The sink in the bathroom was stopped up, I tried to get it open, but it drained very slow.

We loved the amount of space we got for the price! The location was great for us, because we don’t like to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown. Beach access was convenient, and fishing spots were nice and close. Our dogs loved the fenced yard!

The furniture was not terribly comfortable. Also the WiFi was slow and it would have been nice to not have to log into our Amazon account to watch tv. The doors needed sealed with some type of sealant, the master bathroom door had mold on it from towels hanging on it.

Overall experience was super! Great! The family loved the open kitchen and family room and we loved the hard to mess up concrete floor; great for spills (we wished there was a usable mop to wash the floor while we were there) Bathrooms were done well. Washer and dryer was very appreciated.

On the top of my list was the location of the property. While it was easy to get to all the attractions and beaches, it was right on A1A which is very busy and hard to get off and on the property. We tried to jockey the cars (2) so they faced out so we did not have to back up in the morning to get out. We did have to wait until traffic died down at night to do this. The side walk is also not on the property's side of the street so if we were to walk to the beach, we had to scramble to cross A1A. Not a great fit if we had smaller kids.

The home was very spacious and close to the beach. Even though we were many miles away from home it felt like we were at home. Great get away location hidden in beautiful st.augustine Florida.

The only part I didn't like was I didn't know where the trash cans were until day 1 of exploring the property.

We absolutely LOVED this property! Clean and cozy, close to everything, quick responses to all questions, all amenities necessary were provided! It was such a wonderful stay! Check and check out were such a breeze- the place was immaculate when we got there and there was a cleaning crew waiting for us when we left! Would absolutely recommend to all… just don’t book it up too fast so we can come back another time soon😉

It is immediately off of A1A. A quick toddler or playful pup could be in peril FAST if they got away from an adult. Other than that- NOTHING.
